Return Policy for Ubelixir

Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of our product (consumable food/dietary supplement), we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened packages or used products for health and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged package or the wrong item, please contact us at ubelixircontact@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will happily send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Unopened Items: We accept returns of unopened, sealed packaging within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
